@chappy58, you make it sound like tenants have a choice. If they don't sign said contract, they are homeless so it's a bit like being stuck between a rock and a hard place. So, yes, they are forced! Insurance and the bond covers you for damage from tenants as I'm sure u already know. It's an invasion of privacy not to mention a firm of abuse. Try being a tenant for a while and you'll see. But you won't do that, will u?
