I think there are a few things that we all need to be careful of / bear in mind here:

1. "Timeone" are not necessarily the enemy here. SS&T are the trouble maker, back-stabbing rat&$&$ers. The investors behind "Timeone" may be just as pissed off as we all are. For example, weren't Elly Wang's shares supposed to be sold to SS&T as part of the deal? Let's now lump SS&T and Timone into the same compost heap prematurely.

2. Let's not crucify management until we see what management can achieve in this sticky situation. If Tony can organize a deal with another party (the JTC for example), it will prove 2 things: (i) that Tony is good at his job; and (ii) that PLV have desirable assets. I think this will bode well for the share price.

3. If SS&T are this unethical, then it is best we found this out now than later on.
