    With such a high burn rate in regards to PLV senior executive salaries with no revenue or cash in bank, it all looks very grim for PLV.

    Management have been unable to deliver return for shareholders after burning through around $50 million in capital since IPO 5 years ago - with stock now trading at under float price of 20c.

    Ship appears to be going under for shareholders.
