Management will run out of cash very soon, any new capital raising will be at a highly discounted rate lower than current shareprice (very bad for shareholders).
Obviously, PLV have been hung out to dry by Chinese (and also a mysterious Japanese trading company 12 months ago by the looks of things but who's counting) the warning signs were there for months for all to see.
Good luck taking legal action against Timestone/Chinese.
