Is there any penalty in these agreements for not going through with them? A bond etc Is this a mistake of management not having such conditions in place or where the terms not met from the PLV side. Unless the other party squeals we would never really know.
It is happening where one finance company goes away and surprise surprise another one pops up with full Chinese govt support at a different pricing or conditions.
I think a lot of Aussie companies , shareholders and corporate advisers need to open their eyes and understand just who a binding agreement and MOU lock in in so many cases.
Hope it gets over the line in a format that leave enough on the table that it happens and holders get a decent return.
