Hi NightStalker, I've noticed that the +DI has fallen below the ADX, and from 'Incredible Charts', I have the following excerp:-
When ADX rises above both +DI and -DI it signals that the market is becoming overheated. Take profits when ADX turns downwards from above +DI and -DI.
On my daily charts the ADX has turned down, and both the +DI and -DI are below it, signalling that it was time to take profits......
I am bullish TOX in the medium term but on the basis of the above, and that the MACD is turning lower, and that the hourly charts on E-trade indicate a short term correction is underway, and that the market seemed to be a bit long going into next weeks report, in the short term I chose to lock in my profits, and will wait for a better entry level.
I was pleased to lock in my profits on this stock and will watch it carefully......3.6c is now quite a strong resistance and will take a while to get through IMO.
Good luck to all holders of TOX....its got a good story and I will re-enter the stock when the techs indicate I should.
