Its been going on since the days of 7c, including the 1 share markdown at the end of auction on some days.
Interesting that there wasn't much change in the top 20 in the annual report, no new holders.
I suppose any accumulation could be spread over many accounts to keep it under the radar.
There was certainly a swing in sentiment late yesterday with over 500k parked at 13c.
