Strapped for cash, winding in spending in 09, winding back exploration initiatives in Estonia, Bulgaria and Africa... this one is destined to be in the doghouse for some time yet. Absolutely atrocious looking chart.
The only remotely interesting/positive movement is likely to come from Kyrgyz and the Chinese assessment of their U projects - which we've heard f**k-all about recently. The longer that saga drags on in the background, the less likely any good news will come out of it imo.
Possibly some news due on the coal tendering process out in the eastern states - but where are they going to get money to explore these leases from anyway?
