The reasons Lynas chose Malaysia to build the LAMP are clearly stated by the company in past quarterly and annual reports. Your points are consistent with those of Lynas.
You kind of lost me on the ionic clay deposit run down. What is your point exactly?
As for selling concentrate into China. I doubt that the sale price of an LCNP & SEG+HRE concentrate would cover the costs to produce. The value add is separating into individual rare earths. Besides, doubtful China would allow a ROW company to sell concentrate into an already oversupplied market in China.
