Maybe it's a major design fault, interesting as a long term holder you would play a race card and call the Malaysians incompetent? Now that's going to win you som friends and get them to work harder... Not.
Perhaps you should also do some research on the country your company is operating in.
Malaysia is one of the few Asian countries that demand a major percentage of there work force be Malaysian. You simple can't fire them and employ Aussies. Much like you can't run the wharfies off the wharfs and employ cheap foreign labor in Australia.
