I'm a Malaysian Australian and a chemical engineer.. This has nothing to do with race,!! Believe me when I say plant operators mix the ingredients according to the recipe, but aernt sure how the cake should taste. Plant engineers and mgmt buy the ingredients, equipment and create the recipe, and modify taste to suit requirements ...do you blame the mixer running on low speed on the worker or the mgmt???..this is a top down issue!! That is alll!
