    If you don't mind me asking - are you voting 'no' to the 43c or going to the meeting and yet to decide?

    It is just getting a little late to be undecided. And I haven't seen many of the BEPPA holders voting 'no'.

    No offence meant, just interested in your position.

    I am going to the meeting, and likely to vote yes - favouring the bird in the hand.

    Would I like a better offer? of course - but am already quite happy with the 43c+x+y
