get the business for nothing

BKR market cap is $23 million today.

They are getting paid $23 million by Mph for the sale of their 50% share in Magnapacific plus receiving from MPH the 15 million shares in BKR (will these be cancelled?).

This means the rest of their business is being valued at zilch or negative.......

I dont hold but they do look cheap.
