    Approx 5,000,000 transactions per month,Customers ATM get $1.00 today will now get $2.00 from next Monday.

    Customers have always paid $2.00 and if the groundswell continues and other banks follow the lead of the CBA and don't charge a foreign fee of 50 cents then nothing changes except for a tsunami of revenue for Cutomers ATM.
