i.e. ADY is very cheap given it is an albeit small producer looking to ramp up, and that they will be 20% of the Global Lithium market in an environment where Global demand should increase dramatically.
The current market conditions are not unlike July/August when we went from 66c to a low of 20c. That just tells you that the register is filled with retail punters.
The majority of Institutions CAN NOT hold this stock because market cap is under their threshold and EPS are negative. Once that changes in due course, I think this stock will spike.
Use Lodge's estimate of 2010 EPS of 12.2 cps and put it on a 12x multiple...gives you $1.464 valuation. So a 370% return in 12-18 months looks attractive to me on a risk weighted basis.
