obviously many shareholders are not satisfied with this offer? How will this company raise $50 Million to complete the DFS? Are the existing no voters prepared to contribute $0.20 per share that they hold in a Capital Raise? That is what's needed ATM. I'm with the vote No. The offer is bordering on theft. But will all these no voters put their money where their mouth is or just bitch and complain? ok I get it you may have brought in at $0.33 but the current market says you made a bad decision which everyone makes. Vote No! but this corporate raider won't go away. why vote Yes? that's stupid he needs this ore and another offer will come? knock that back too and he will return. testicular fortitude is needed.
