    Well Mandurah used to be the place where the old folks went to die, but the canal developments put an end to all that, and Mandurah now makes Rockingham look pretty sick.
    I looked at blocks in Golden bay 20 yrs ago, and they were $10,000 an acre, now $1m, so the whole place is yuppieville now.
