Get your facts right ,edited version

EM1 already has a functioning platform that is being used with one of its partners MTN ,and have recently just received there payment from MTN.
The tech and platform ,and other platforms have been developed by EM1 and are fully owned by EM1.
EM1 have quite a few other partnerships ,many still in the development stages for commercial use.

Now we have the newly formed company called Miggster using the 100% owned EM1 platform.
We know the platform works ,because it is already in use and generating revenue with MTN ,so how is it a scam or sham.
Miggster will be fully operated by EM1 ,that includes all billing and monies being received by EM1.
TIM is just a partner with a smaller stake in Miggster.
TIM is required to do the advertising and marketing for Miggster ,nothing else.
Crowd1 has been hired by TIM to market Miggster ,this has little if nothing to do with EM1 ,as it is not there job to tell TIM how to market Miggster or Crowd1.
If TIM fails ,Miggster fails ,Crowd1 earns nothing for all there hard work and EM1 walks away from the arrangement ,and it is business as usual with its already operating platform and soon to be other operating platforms with other partners.
Who cares what Crowd1 is doing ,that is there business ,not us shareholders or management ,TIM has contracted them ,not EM1.
So when someone comes on here to say this is a scam or sham ,will be de-listed or never trade again ,they may want to do a bit more research first.
