I voted for. Nothing worse than being stuck with a majority shareholder when they don’t really want to work in the interests of minorities. Lucky we even get a buyout... I’ve seen numerous cases where minorities just get absolutely dragged through the mud and have to fight tooth and nail to just stay in the game.

I’ll admit the dividends are pretty good but that only occurs because you have the support of a larger shareholder. Without that you could very much just dwindle away in this competitive market.
