    Sorry...

But corporate comprehension does not appear to be shown in great abundance on these threads at times.

Today's announcement is exceptional news in so many ways...entirely non-dilutionary to all existing shareholders in that we maintain the same percentage holding in the company...if we choose.

Further, the compnay gets $2.2m now and a gauranteed $8.5m via the exercise of these options...not from outsiders who will dilute our positions, but from us!

    As for likely impact near-term...

In march this year, NTU rewarded shareholders with a pro-rata, non-renouceable rights issue of 1 option excercisable at 25c for every 2 shares held. In effect, shareholders had to pay 1c to get a 25c option.

Being non-renouceable, this makes the deal very similar to that which CVI announced today...only difference is we pay 4c to get a 15c option.

When NTU announced it's options deal, they were trading at at $1, so clearly the 25c options was at a heavy discount to market, not unlike CVI's. Importantly, NTU announced their entitlement deal after a significant set of rallies on the back of significant value transition...again, just like CVI has.

After the NTU "entitlement" was announced, their stock raced straight to $1.90 in a matter of days...and this was after the "ex" date for the entitlement.

NTU has since come back from these highs, but this has been due mainly to the easing of the uranium bull market, sub-prime influences and indeed, failure of the company to keep the transitional momentum going.

CVI will not see an easing of the Oil/Gas markets as was seen with Uranium...they are passed the sub-prime fiasco...and given their incredibly low starting base and number (and nature) of their potential company making assets, CVI will likely be many multiples of their current price before any "easing" of price support kicks in.

Increased my position today...another tick in the box, albeit one from left field.

    Cheers!
