I like about the Oppies that it's to ALL shareholders.To me,CVI has a pathetic pool of Sophisticated Investors to work with [as evidenced by the recent Dump 16/18 from 12.5 place]

yes,it is slowing down,23 is bulking up at the mo but this relatively narrow range on a "decent" Volume bodes well for CVI standing up for a further leg.
There is the Rising FIVE to consider with today being only three.Five is characterized by a Substantial Percent Gain being achieved along with Significant Volume.A "Good" retrace is ~50% of the Rise.

I'm picking 18 to low 30's with a Volume Day of about 20/25mil that puts say 20%+ on the price.Preferably This future day won't gap on open.
As an under 100k holder missing out on these oppies is no concern.
