under TA theory Gaps have 3 days to close or they[gaps] are seen as continuation/momentum indicators meaning they tend to become Support Levels and are "watched" for filling after 3 days because that means Support Levels are "crumbling".

So if Burnett is right with another News this week?or we get ex date made official and such date is on a narrow timeframe[ie say by this Friday]?
well angry,to get filled at 21ish may not be the best move
so even though you wanted answers from T and M,guidance perhaps,you have to make your own call but I "advise" leaving your decision to later in the day to stay at 21 or move on up d'line.
