gets clearance for marshmallow shooter

Brainytoys (ASX:BRT) has received the necessary safety, custom
certifications and approvals required for importation of its Marshmallow
Shooter into Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and European
Union.
Sales to these markets have not been factored into current sales
projections for 2008 but are expected to be significant in 2009.
The Marshmallow Shooter products have also passed set of in-house
tests run by Toys "R" Us in the United States as a precursor to launching
it across that company's network.
