Paradigm gets high-grade copper intercepts at Frogmore

Sydney - Wednesday - Sep 12: (RWE Australian Business News) -
Paradigm Metals Ltd (ASX:PDM) today reported high-grade copper assay
results from the first diamond drillhole, FDD001, at EL 6590 (100pc
Paradigm) in Frogmore, NSW.
Significant copper intercepts in FDD001 are:
* 3.3m grading 2.14pc Cu from 157.4m to 160.7m;
* 8.7m grading 1.92pc Cu from 250.6m to 259.3m, including
0.95m at 4.8pc Cu from 255.95m;
* 14.8m grading 2.0pc Cu from 275.1m to 289.9m, including
0.8m at 8.3pc Cu from 287.6m.
Paradigm notes that of significance to the potential tonnage of
the Frogmore copper deposit is the broad interval from 245m to 289.9m,
which returned 44.9m grading 1.17pc Cu.
Minor spotty gold mineralisation occurs with the copper up to
1.1g/t Au but most assays are below 0.01g/t Au.
Silver mineralisation occurs with the copper up to a maximum of
38g/t Ag. Other base metals such as lead and zinc are low.
Copper mineralisation occurs as chalcopyrite in veins within
altered volcanic and sedimentary rocks associated with pyrrhotite and
pyrite.

The second and third diamond drillholes, FDD002 and FDD003, have
now been completed to target depth. These were drilled 40m either side
of FDD001 and drilled to 350m and 336m, respectively.
Visible chalcopyrite mineralisation has been observed but visual
estimates of the copper mineralisation appear less strong than FDD001 in
both holes.
The company believes these drill results are significant given
that mineralisation is open in all directions, and that several other
copper prospects immediately adjacent remain untested.
Drilling has now stopped, but will restart once the full assays
are received and results have been assessed.
