The ARXOA's are now in the money, but if ARX want a meaningful amount to be exercised, the stock will need to be well above 4c and preferably at or nearly 5c to get decent numbers converted.
This may well be a big ask?
Of course, the other side to this play are those who sell heads at one price (say 4c), then buy the options at a net discount (say 0.2c), convert them at 3.6c and pocket the difference as profit.
Whilst the margins for such a play are not great, it is good for the Company (they get the options money) and often played out by longer term supporters of a stock.
Of course, if the price gets anywhere near the mid 4's, the swap may well offer greater margins of profit, as the options tend to trade at a discount near expiry.
