Yes, recent buying has appeared more about accumulation than pumping the stock, which they could have done quite cheaply...certainly cheaper than the buying we have seen to get us to the current prices.
Of course, they may also be simply trying to flush out as many as they can at recent levels, in order to help with any short-sharp runs they might want to make on the stock.
More than one way to skin a cat I guess.
The interesting thing in all this though, is the fact they are actually pretty cheap given peer comparisons.
