...@Ebbandflow15 why do you even care what Roofy thinks....he is just winding you up with pointless arguments... he never answers anyone's questions.... and tend to go into these pointless opinion rabbit holes .... to nowhere.... as they say: 'Never argue with an idiot they'll drag you down to their level and beat you through experience'
...so it is axiomatic that he is just another one on this platform that does not have a clue how this thing called 'investing in SaaS' works : there are no guarantees.. things change.. companies have to adjust...and scale... and that share prices are sometimes not a reflection of fundamental valuation due to silly stock-market games... BUT that is where the opportunity is.... potential mis-pricing.... due to the known unknowns....
Bottom line:
I, and probably everyone else for that matter, agree with @roofy that the business model of Getswift still needs to be proved out by senior management;
.... it is now ~3 years later and everyone is still waiting for Bane & Joel to enlighten all of us why they think their $1M/annum compensation is equitable... justified...
So, as alluded to before... time for an update from Getswift.....now or never... inform us on:
what the strategy is.....
Update on the recent contract announcements....
what is the pipeline....
are you guys working on 'something big'...or nothing....herding cats... even vagueness is better than nothing;
what is the rationale for the recent acquisitions...the financing...
what is the counter-lawsuits potential....$0M-$500M?
...well anything for that matter; this pointless need for speculation after 3 years, while burning $8M of cash every quarter and paying yourselves $1M/annum salaries....well, general radio silence ....is just getting ridiculous...
....we all get the NDA concepts...but what, are you guys going to continue to blindside shareholders for another 5 years? Management has a duty to keep the market/shareholders informed... none of us are...and everyone is still guessing... that is after been listed for >3 years....
...not too much to ask as a shareholder of a pubic listed company, is it?
...my very impatient 2 cents....
