    I listened to a bit. Justice Lee was questioning a submitted statement and its admissability etc.

    The implied nature of the statement is that news was the key driver of the GSW share price during the period in question for the case.

    No mention made yet of the sheer absolute froth of the tech sectore as a whole circa end of 2017 before everything went to pot in 2018 markets
