Hearing that the class action was trying to amend their claim...

Hearing that the class action was trying to amend their claim last minute, yet again. Apparently, the judge has said any amendment would need to be incredibly persuasive for it to be approved.

I'm curious if the class action law firm is getting nervous that the ASIC witnesses are tripping over themselves?? One must wonder if the proposed amendment is because the underlying class action case is deemed too weak? Doesn't look good for Phi Finney trying to put together last minute changes...I wonder if they are getting nervous.
