I think (smartly) the CA lawyers have prompted ASIC into action on basically the same grounds they were looking to progress their case and managed to juggle the hearing dates to get their hearing pushed behind ASIC in the hope they could improve their case with ASIC findings.
But so far it sounds like ASIC has not given them much of a base to work from and as I mentioned earlier, the CA will struggle to offer any new merit if the ASIC case is not strong enough to bring Getswift down.
From my POV (and I admit it is somewhat academic to me given I know longer hold) I still see GSW as a very promising Aussie tech play that could very well come to dominate a growing space that most people are not aware is so fragmented.
There is a potential success story here, no doubt suffering from growing pains and some lack of corporate maturity, and it should IMO be allowed to play out at a time when we need to support industry.
