If ASIC loses the case, the CA will go to trial and whilst it's not a given the CA will fail too (different judge, different points of law, learning from ASIC's mistakes etc), GSW is in the box seat to win it.
If ASIC wins the case, the company will settle the CA before trial.. for sure.. with adverse findings against the two main directors, I can't see how the other directors have any incentive to fight it out in court. They can blame the other guys and finally move on from the headache and costs.
