Think the CA is the same Judge n most of the same witnesses....

Don't think there has ever been a case here where 2 different cases have almost the same "everything" .....

It will be hard to understand IF 2 different verdicts are reached.....

Also....Re : CA ...as mentioned by Ebb......Phi Finney are looking to "Expand" their case.....its in the Lawyerly report that needs a subscription to be read.

Wonder what the exact use of the word "Expand" entails..... tho the Judge has need that there must be real persuasion for him to give the go ahead....
