    Hey Hotcopter...

    Agree about the 2 cases n 2 different penalties...But..

    Same Judge, same witnesses, same evidence (mostly)...

    A large part of the ASIC case references the "fluffy announcements" followed by non disclosure and it led to "misleading" Shareholders and influencing share price and sentiment...(both up & down)
    and how the non disclosure of GSW trials
