Some small tech companies do not have the funding to build out their sales team and products to fulfill their potential, so company like getswift can get them at a cheap price, put a lot of weight behind them and even on sell them with their other products.
I believe the three companies they purchased will not take much to tick over to making a profit, if they don't already.
