so this logo aquistition doing back of envolope calulations does seem strange . ie bought 50 % for 9.5 mill . Then from last 4c rev from customer increase by 5.4 mill if you remove reveue from last 4 c then its 4.5 mill from just the purchase of logo for 2 months , so revenue for 12 months is 24 mill and they payed less than half , doesn't make sence
