...but you have to read between the lines...
... maybe someone that appears to be still 'optimistic' on HC is trying to spill the beans in a discreet way so that they are not perceived as 'insider traders'... who knows...just conjecture...
...anyway... anyone advertising that they are working on this potential billion $ project under NDA and that the facts are this and that...would be an idiot...and first of all not be working on a billion $ project... and second of all would jeopardize their performance bonus....
...my 2 cents...

I worked for 4 years on a ~$30 Billion acquisition project about 15 years ago ...and one of my bonus criteria was to ensure 100% 'stealth'...
