...well, let's see how this unfolds... still a lot of redaction & non-disclosure all over the place...for a reason....

...again....number in releases were based on potential....aspirational... on 100% uptake...everyone in the SAAS industry knows that...and as per prospectus: the risks were mentioned... also, numbers mentioned to date in the case were all from the clients...not made up....

....you guys are probably following the ASIC case... there appears to be three sides of every story to date:

1. 2019 affidavits made by apparent clueless witnesses- the backbone of ASIC's case;
2. the 2018 biased narrative that is going to cost AFR, CA lawyers et al a lot of money in the very near future.;
3. actual emails supporting Getswift's perspective on things;

...just look at this morning again: the BSR deal collapse after ~8 months in Jan 2018 post the deemed nefarious AFR article....everything was still a go until that article was released...

....ergo, a scenario: say some of the deals were still progressing until that Jan 2018 article.... and some clients & leads walked away post that...like BSR....wonder what the value of of such lawsuit would be against AFR- almost terminal reputation damage caused by that deemed biased AFR article....

....also strange shorting activity from nowhere prior the release of the article...connect the dots....
