Ok, so let's unpack this a little bit more. Pizza Pan decides to put a trial on hold because of 'negative press'. How is AFR liable for that?
Go and reread the AFR articles, all they say is that GSW neglected to update the market about contracts. They simply rang up the companies and asked them if they were still using GSW and they all said no, they weren't. Good luck getting a defo case up on that. Absolutely dreamin'!!
