My take...IF its.. GSW vs AFR... it will only happen if swifty wins both cases.

I think the grounds of the case will be defined by what is said in support of the judgment in both cases...

But by todays admission of Yum halting the trial in direct relation to the AFR report...would just add fuel to the fire...

Its early days yet with a lot of witnesses still to come... Along with 3 the boys from GSW...

But like I said GSW vs AFR.. is only a side show that may or may not happen.. even if GSW succeed!

So lets wait till the full picture is drawn..
