I do not know. I would speculate that the words Mr Sinha said was enough from him, regarding stopping the planned trials/rollouts due to the negative publicity.

These lawyers are good, as PrincessKate has told us many times they must be confident to take a case like this. I think they are telling us the whole story very well, and in the end it will seem like it is justified to come down hard on the AFR, and also the CA law firm who announced the misleading figures ($300m) which seems to have clearly affected getswifts on-boarding of clients.
