I would love to see some discussion!

I will admit I am bias as a long term holder, but the defence are doing a good job of explaining the reasoning behind the figures in the announcements, and how it always involved the other party providing information.

If i'm seeing this correctly, by the time of the negative publicity from the AFR there wasn't a need to announce anything as there were still discussions happening in the background between the parties. However, in the fruitbox situation it seems like they should have retracted the announcement, although the defence made it seem as if Bane had hope that the contract may be salvaged.Bane and the directors may have been embarassed to retract the announcement and risk looking like amateurs... and around this time they started having meetings with big name companies, they didn't care about this fruitbox nonsense anymore.
