Okkies, I get that it’s looking more difficult for ASIC to win this. But that’s only on the grounds that the contracts weren’t really contracts, just trials. Anyway.

Did anyone catch the testimony of the FIL analyst? From where I was sitting that looked like a total own goal. Basically it was a flat out admission that the $4 valuation was based entirely on GetSwift capturing 100% of the American car parts market (not just NA Williams clients, all the clients). I thought that was pretty juicy. For someone whose been banging on about the inadequacy of the insto due diligence, it was a pretty edifying admission.
