Completely agree that this could be beneficial for the company and SP.

But the question was - why did they leave? If you were the CIO and you knew the Amazon / Yum deal was in the short-term pipeline and you had performance rights and options etc. would you leave a week before the announcement? Similarly why did they original CTO (who likely built the legacy tech) leave right after the IPO? Why wasn't this disclosed to the ASX either?
