Business is business. Is it possible management knew they had thar window and gave the aussie cto the option to move to us or we need to find someone else? Teo birds one stone. Meant the current cto would loose rights on some shares and the management could hire a cto in the us closer to where their biggest customers are and ramp up needs to be?
