Why have you guys got it in your head that GSW could make a claim against the AFR? All they did was publish that Fruitbox and Fantastic decided not to go past the trial phase. What would the claim against them be? That they published a factual statement?

Defamation? You can't defame a company in Australia. You think Joel and Bane have a defo case to be made? Their salaries have increased since the AFR articles were published so good luck with that.

Come on, on what grounds are you suing the AFR. Gimme details please.
