You have cash backing of $0.50 , Software & IP -what's that worth? Listing status? Customer contracts (ok you guys say crap, but at least they have got tier-1 and 2 customers already onboard , just not spending as yet). Definitely more than A$2.

Yes A$2 wont satisfy Regal, Alex W for sure, but perhaps A$3 would. And then that's how a deal is done.

A$3 you would be smelling roses, rather than the spectre of a huge sp crash on day 1 of suspension release (which is what the naysayers here want).

Some would ask why would anyone offer anything substantial for the company that is in big strife. But let's remember, the issue with GSW is poor corporate governance and responsibility rests with the directors. If these guys are out, the product and value proposition, global footprint etc remains the same. Of course, if you also don't think that's worth any salt, then that's a separate thing but its problems today have nothing to do those. Yes, you can question the actual revenue potential and its associated loftier valuation (at this point in time) but not the value proposition it brings to customer (that drives revenues).

Whether I hold or not ( I do), we should all wish for an outcome that is best for all shareholders, don't we?
