Afr have Harped on about fruit box , fantastic furniture and cba. Cba have said they have signed an agreement buy in pilot. The update from gsw on cba recently shows lots of testing being done and a rollout in feb( although I can't see Feb anymore)

If they had dirt they would have released it by now. That's because those contracts are potentially genuine.

If a suitor was able to validate this with the clients... then they may offer 4 plus a share... easy

This news doesn't seem real to me... as gsw also said they were going to be a consolidator.
If you look at the data scientist role advertised right now it mentions the potential to add input into merger and acquisition of company's that gsw would buy not the other way around

If all that you said was true, then the company wouldn't need to do those "fancy dancing" around ASX - which the ASX did NOT buy any way.

Now, even if it was a small infraction, they would have admitted, cop a small fine and move forward with those "precious" contracts like YUM, Amazon, CBA, NA Williams.

You should note, any potential buyer will review those contracts in full, before they fork out a cent.
