    Short selling is prohibited during the Offer Period of a takeover offer.

    Could thus be some scheme to prevent the shorters piling when they relist?

    Even if the takeover offer is too low or doesnt get through.

    Hey, I can make a takeover offer for 0.1c and prevent any more short selling!
