TO rumour started by management as a distraction? or to help a major holder unload...

At this stage I'd be expecting to see:
- some fairly sobering statements in the market update.
-Probably some revenue re-statement as doesn't align to cash flow. (could be correct but odd)
-At least one class action to proceed - because somebody will want to get their money back. should be an easy win given that the stated contract values were material against cash flow.

If there is a takeover - it will be at a heavy discount... after the trading starts again.

There are games being played but only by management... (OK the shorters have been feeding the AFR but they haven't been wrong yet)
