Funny how a takeover has gone from being a company risk, to being the only option left on the table. The company must be in bad shape if the founders now believe that it cannot trade its way out of this mess, and taking it private is the only hail mary they have.
The article is nothing more than a PR piece on behalf of GSW that is publicly screaming "please someone come make an offer, before we end up like 1PG"
